Delivery

Your jewellery is made to order. The description will detail the time scale for production.

Orders will be posted with a Royal Mail tracked service.

Free delivery on all orders over £50. Over £100 will be sent Special Delivery.

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return a further 14 days to return your item. You are responsible for return postage. A tracked service is advised.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Custom pieces and earrings are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
